Do I need a Doctor?

My medical history reads like a horror story, I've had medical mishaps (a.k.a malpractices), misdiagnosis, botches surgeries, and I think the worst one: I was prescribed a medication called Liptor that gave me horrible, painful side effects, and then it caused me to developed T2D (type 2 diabetes), which in addition to the first itself has brought on other conditions such as severe cataracts in both eyes when I was beyond to young to have them? I would up getting 4 cataract surgeries, and I've gone from being nearsighted to farsighted (I can see a mile down the road, seriously) and my vision went from being legally blind to almost 20/20 vision. That would be my one single happy ending in all of this, better eyesight, but the road to that victory was hellish on a good day, I fought for the surgery to keep my eyesight at all, 3 surgeries were cancelled, I had bad insurance, and I only got the surgery pushed through because I called the Dept of Health and complained. I see project 2025 as impending doom

I've seen presidential elections come and go, and for the most part, non of them changed my life in any noticable way? This 2024 presidential election is another story, this one has 2 candidates with polls almost at a tie, which gives a 50% chance of the worst possible outcome I could personally imagine?  This does get personal, for me and many many other people? I am disabled, I live on SSI, EBT and Medi-cal, and if the Republicans win, I stand to lose all my benefits? This election is a sickening threat to my life! I don't want to think of it that way, but without those benefits, I can't pay rent, or buy groceries, and when I'm starving in the streets, I can't go to a hospital because I'll be uninsured? What could possibly happen then? How can anyone live without food at or survive without shelter? Among other issues, I have T2D, which says without food and the right medication, I will die in less than a weeks time? Unbelievable, and I'm not exaggerating, ...
